This information, provided in accordance with current national and community law (EU Regulation 2016/679) on the processing of personal data, refers the Website www.ercules.it (hereinafter also referred to as the “Website”).

The information is intended for all subjects who access the Website (hereinafter also “Users” or, individually, “User”) and is provided only in reference to data acquired following consultation of the Website. This information does not concern other Websites that may be reached and consulted by the user through hypertext links (links) contained within the Website.

The processing connected to the services of the Website takes place at the aforementioned Ercules Central Office. The data are processed through the servers of the Website hosting service provider which, currently, is Aruba Business.

How is data processed?

Personal data is processed with automated tools only for an amount of time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website and to check its correct functioning. No data deriving from the Website is communicated to third parties, or disseminated, outside of the cases permitted by law.
