October 29th is World Stoke Day, an event dedicated to a condition that involves us all: every 6 seconds 1 person around the world has a stroke.
Stoke is also the second cause of death for people over 60.
Prevention is our most powerful weapon, but it only comes with awareness and information.
Our project You’ve got heartmail, winner of the 1 Mission 1 Million 2011 campaign, aims at helping prevent atrial fibrillation-related stroke.
With 200 thousand multilanguage booklets, we have already reached four Countries (Italy, Spain, Germany and Russia), giving many people the chance to get to know the risks of stoke.
Help us spread the word further: watch the video and encourage others to do so.
Be our partner in preventing stroke through information!
